Cold patty - Debonair Steers New Market

Good afternoon We bought 3 king steer burger however the patty was cold in a such a manner we could not enjoy the meal. I have complain to the store however I was informed that the bosses has a problem as the event took place on 02 May 2024. We could not take the meal back to the store due to the fact that we have already left Steers and we were in a hurry. The complain was made on Saturday as it was hectic on my side
