Cold & Dry Pizza

I order 4 Pizza on the 29 May 2020 16:55 order - #***7. The 2 Margherita's were the worst, we also never had a club pizza so dry before. The 3 Pizzas were dry by the time we received it and the reason for that is that we received our order at exactly 2 hours after I order it. I have tried multiple time to get in contact with Debonairs Three Rivers but the phone would either just ring or the line is busy. If I would have known that I could have collected them, I would have. I started making dinner when the delivery guy arrived. They had my phone number....... not sure why they didn't just phone me about the delay or asked us to collect the Pizza. I don't think that we would ever again buy any Pizza or Sub from Debonairs. Many Pizza restaurants in our area also deliver if needs be, I am 99% certain that I would never buy Pizza from Debonairs.... even if it is in another town. Thank you for the cold and dry Pizza that took two hours to deliver of which the order online showed to be "Completed", falls information that Debonairs Headoffice receives though, 3 of the 4 Pizza's indicated on the lid to be cold and they were.
