Cold burnt pizza for R229.80

Debonairs Maitland, delivered order 45mins late , cold as ice and the pizza was burnt. Manager called and said they had a shortage of drivers, however, when the driver arrived he said they had misplaced my order slip, so the Manager was dishonest. I could've made a sandwich and saved the 229,80 which I had wasted. will no longer be dealing with Debonairs as they do nothing about their complaints.Soon people will get frustrated with he bad service and this business will fail.
