****roach New Recipe

My companies WAS a huge supporter of Debonairs beacon isle we used to order over 200 pizza a time After this horrific experience , i will make sure our 1800 staff does not support beacon isle or should i say Debonairs EVER.

We ordered this lunch for our management team and this is what we get

Debonairs on Beacon road religiously for staff lunches, team building, incentives and other occasions found ourselves highly mortified as a ****roach made its way out of my box as i opened it for lunch. On reporting this the manager at Debonairs repeatedly asked what we wanted instead of the a sub. We had repeated asked for our money in return she then went on to say they had fumigated yesterday and to my knowledge fumigating in a food place is dangerous as they are using the same boxes they should have thrown away due to the poisonous fumes or the infestation of roaches . Please note that we made the call at 12:17 our is at 12:00 - 1:00 and we are easily next door to them on Conrad road

This is highly upsetting as fast food places are supposed to be convenient taking into consideration now our entire lunch has been taken up due to this.

I am mortified to a point of taking this further please sort it out as this is not the type of service anyone expects from Debonairs beacon isle.
