closing the case and not replying to complaints
About a month ago i laid a complaint about our pizzas. The pizzas were short of chicken as well as cream cheese was left out from the triple decker. Im disgusted in our service of not replying to 3 of my complaints and closing the case saying it has been resolved. I feel that we deserve an expalnation as i paid for the pizza and did not receive the pizza we ordered. I still have pics of this as proof. Once again im disgusted at your service and i decided to start supporting Debonairs Claremont as there service is much better, and i will be mentioning this to others living in the Plumstead and Wynberg Area.
