Got to pavilion walked up to debonairs. Arrived at the counter at 20h29. Phoned my PREGNANT WIFE to find out what exactly she wants. After the phone call I find out that they are closed. AT 20H30. In pavilion mall, one of the busiest malls in kzn. Checked on the website and their trading hours are 9am to 9h30 pm. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!. Then while on the website o try to log a complaint, and after typing I cant submit it because my complaint is longer than 500 characters. Then I try to phone them and their customers care service only runs until 9. How does this company still exist.
