Close down Debonairs Pizza Protea Gardens Mall

So today at exactly 13:19 i ordered a Khetha 5 only deal at Debonairs Pizza Protea Gardens Mall which my order was never delivered. The expectation the pizza brought to my family was exciting to my kids bearing in mind that this was a "no contact delivery service". The frustration led them to falling asleep with hungry tummy's. I received a call from the branch informing me that their speedpoint machines were not working and I opted to pay with cash. An hour and a half later i called in their customer care line which informed me that the branch was experiencing some technical problems, thus she will try to contact them and return back to me within 10 minutes ,which did not happen. I then decided do drive there at 17:00 and a gentlemen checked the order, and the lady that contacted me to verify the address and the option of payment informed me that they had technical issues. Which confuses me that they should have atleast called me back as they had my order already. Improvement to how to deal with customer services and complaints NEEDS to be addressed asap and training be provided to management and front of house staff. This branch should have not been operational if they cannot handle the pressure, they only specializing in pizza not a menu with different options. Shut down the place. No apology done,no contact from the manager. I know my Rights!!
