Cloned card causing misfortunes

Yesterday, the 17th of April 2016, whilst at home I received an sms about the purchase at Debonairs Boulders Mall. Upon inspection at the bank statement I noticed that the money had went out and this is the second amount this month. I never went to the shop, I just came from Limpopo and now there are deductions in my account. I immediately went to the mall to check if someone had just bought an item of the same amount so I would check their card. Upon arriving at the shop, they told me I was the 7th person on the day with the same complaint.<br> I contacted the manager today and he advised I have to follow this process and although I was unhappy with same, I went to the bank. The bank will take 6-7 week to complete investigations and that's when I may get my money back. They said my card was cloned so I have to close it, I will only get another card in 5-7 working days. It means I will be without a bank card possibly till next week. <br> This is an inside thing, if my card was cloned somewhere else then the person would be purchasing other places as well. This is a real disappointment especially after I had been a good customer for this long.
