Chris Hani Debonairs 3 hours later, no delivery was made!

I placed an order and paid online @ 18:55 and if it was “already too late to order”, my order should have not been accepted! No courtesy call to advise as to , what is the delay. Called multiple times no one bothered to pick up. I just need to be refunded, no apology will deliver my pizza. ****ty Service
