Cheated of of ny money: No response to complaint and no remorse shown

I ordered pizza from Debonairs Times square in Port Elizabeth and I was unhappy about my order. I then filed a complain online through the debonairs website and no one ever got back to me atleast to acknowledge the fault and apologize. My pizza arrived burnt, I could not see some of the additional toppings that I had asked and paid for, what was supposed to be ham looked like thick chunks of polony, I could even see the "butt" of the ham, the chicken was non-existent and they put in soo much mushrooms I could have sworn I ordered a vegetarian pizza were they accidently put in a shred of meat.

I was really dissapointed in spending so much money during covid times, supporting restuarants and getting an insult in return.
