Cheated

<p>Imagine my disappointment when arriving home to discover that the avo had been left off of the avo bacon and feta pizza that I had ordered as a take away, not to mention that there was almost no bacon (obviously trying to cut back on costs!). In addition, the stoney that I has paid for was also not given to me, but discovered that as I was half way down the road and was able to turn back to collect it. What a disappointment. Then to be told that nothing could be done about the fact that I had been cheated - getting something different to what I had ordered - by the manager Lindiwe - she had no authority to make any decision! BUT IT WAS FINE TO TAKE MY MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A FAIR TRADE! In addition, I had not been handed my till slip, so I had no reference number, but had to rely on the fact that Debonair's staff were able to look back on the receipts to verify that I had indeed paid cash and I had indeed made the purchase. What is it about getting what was ordered that is so difficult? Can Debonairs not get it right? I will never darken their doorstep again after the way I have been treated! Shocking treatment in light of the fact that they cheated me out of my hard earned cash!</p>
