Charging for delivery even when delivery wasn't supposed to be charged and Bad customer service

We normally order pizza and theres no delivery charge and then suddenly there was a delivery charge when we called to order the pizza. Yet using the app we are never charged. Then the driver called the person who was doing our order and explained but the person decided it was best to involve the manager. The manager was honestly so rude to us and didn't even try to get our point and this wasn't the 1st time we had encountered such. The 1st time, it was easily resolved yet the second time it wasn't and we had to send the driver back with the pizza because of the service we had received. The staff at debonairs (Sesfikile Square) have no customer relations at all. They are rude and the worst to deal with. Their service is honestly disappointing!!
