Charges unacceptable and *********!

Hi, Sent this message to Debonairs Pizza Verulam! Since when is it assumed that a store is automatically allowed to add a 10% tip to the bill when they already charge you a R10 delivery fee. The tip is also being calculated on the added delivery charge. This is totally ********* and a rip-off! The payment of a tip is optional and I will stop buying from this branch and this charge cannot be assumed!! Regards Rabind
