Charged Twice & Card Lost - Pongola Debonairs

Warning ! These guy's are ridiculously inefficient... They swiped my card twine, argued with me about payment, then eventually we got our food, it was cold, and when we got to the car, I realised I don't have my card... When I approached the manager and cashier about my missing card, I was told to go look for it... We eventually got a refund for the overcharge, but still no card.... They also have a CASH ONLY sticker on their Point of Sale ...!

For a franchise... Terrible ...
