Charged twice

I went to debonairs in volkrust ,I paid using a card and I was told the transaction declined.When I checked on my app,the transaction was successful ,the cashier called her supervisor who then called the owner and the owner told me to sort it out with the bank.I swiped my card again.The following day wen I contacted the bank ,I was told that debonairs already banked the transition so the bank can't do anything.So that's how I was ********** my R189.
