Charged for pizza not received

Still trying to get somebody to call me since Friday after delivering my kids supper after 8pm when order was placed just after 6pm Mind you I was charged for this and yet food not takes due to me having to make alternative arrangements to feed my kids. Ive been on Facebook, messenger and numerous calls to the store. To date nobody has called me. All I want is my money back and have been messed around completely
