Charged for online delivery
I ordered pizza online on 16 Jan 2015 from the Broadway branch. After placing my order, I was called by the manager who told me that because I live far away, I'll be charged R10 for delivery. I don't understand why this is because I always order from this store and have never been charged before. The reason I'm sending this complaint now is because I want to order pizza this morning and I saw on the site that \Free delivery still applies"is listed under 'Benefits of ordering online'. In FAQ it states that you will be charged if you order directly and live more than 5km away"
