Charged for a meal I never recieved

<p>On the 31st of March,I ordered food from Debonairs norwood at 7:35pm, by 9pm the food had not arrived, the driver then called me to say he was lost and couldnt find my apartment ( even though Debonairs have delivered to me before) After spending 10 minutes of trying to direct the driver I then gave up, at 9:30 pm the store called me to ask me my address, to deliver now cold food which had been out for delivery for 45 minutes. The food never arrived yet debonairs has yet to refund me for this meal.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 9th of May I got an email from Debonairs Norwood saying:</p> <p>HI WENDY ITS ***** FROM DEBONAIRS NORWOOD I WILL LIKE TO APOLOGISED WITH UR ORDER FOR BE LATE FOR IN FUTURE IF WE SEE THAT THE IS LATE WE CAN MAKE A CAL TO LET U KNOW THANX"</p> <p> </p> <p>Deboniars this still doenst resolve the issue that you charged me for a meal I never received.</p>
