Celtis Ridge service needs attentive response

I was not impressed by the way i was treated by your hostess today early in the morning when i went to collect a delivery by Uber eats. Debonairs pizza Celtis ridge

I am an Uber driver and i went to collect an order by 10:06am only to see her switching the machine on and starting to make the order. I waited for over 30 minutes and then she came with two pizzas and i asked for the 2 litre coke drink and she shoved off and said i was asking too much and she didn't like it. I waited and she went back inside to attend to customers. I has to ask loudly when i would get the coke then she had to tell the other friendly sister from Steers to get it for me,

i got a fanta instead and i asked if she had spoken to the cutomer first for there was no coke in stock just to make sure the customer gets the correct item she orders and she confirmed and said the customer knows. I had to talk yo the customer myself but she wasn't impressed at all.

I would have picked up her name if she was wearing a name tag which she is supposed to do. She had no name tag anf worse she said in her language that i am mad because i asked for the drink.

I would appreciate if there is a friendly hostess for i may not be the one who gets such treatment
