Cashiers not ringing up orders

HI,<br> <br> I would like to state that i was once employed at the phoenix plaza branch and i know how the systems work.<br> since then i have relocated to JHB and i was on holiday during the Easter week end.<br> <br> i went to the branch to place an order.<br> the cashiers who were on shift said its a new system that Debonairs no longer works with receipts.<br> You place your order and then you collect your food.<br> <br> I found this to be rather strange and decided that it needed to be brought to the attention of the branch.<br> There were cashiers, drivers and managers there on this specific night.<br> <br> To be quiet frank, i would say the cashiers did not ring up the orders so they could pocket the money.<br> No order on system, customer gets the food and the amount is not in their cash up(not accounted for)<br> <br> Please can someone address this issue and advise feedback as i would like to know how the situation is handled.<br> <br> Employees should be disciplined or rather let go! <br> This is ***** and theft.
