Cashiers *****ing my R100 on counter

I went to buy pizza at debonairs pizza sandton, I paid with and cash and I had my R100 cash in my hand then I put it on the counter while taking out my card and then I paid and left few seconds later i came back and I asked the cashiers about my R100 cash that I forgot at the counter and they said they didn’t see it mind you there was no other customer it was only me and even after i left no customer that went to counter, so this is a very bad customer service for cashiers to ***** my money and because I was angry and they took time to get my pizza ready i asked for a refund because how can people serve you and help you get food at same time they ***** for you, I never thought debonairs pizza cashier are *****ing. And Lebo the Supervisor said no they won’t refund me coz pizza is already ready I mean its my money I decide what happens with my money, and then they threw away my slip and I asked for my slip they did a copy for me, this a very bad experience. So I want Debonairs pizza sandton city to prove that Roda the cashiers didn’t ***** my money and as I will take this further and they should give me my refund and also give me my R100 back. This was between 7:30pm and 7:45 they even asked what are they supposed to do with the if I don’t want which is a very bad customer communication i hate this experience.
