Carlton Center Debonnairs

<p>yesterday I ordered chicken filla from Debonnairs at Carlton Centre. The cottage cheese had an unpleasant odor (it's not my first time buying this), I called them to lay a complaint about this and I was told another pizza was on the way. I waited and it never arrived. This morning I called in again while at work to ask what had happened, i was told to come and pick it up at 4:30pm before the manager left. When I got there the manager was so rude, he started shouting before I could even explain my situation. Basically, he verbally harassed me but I got my pizza at the end. His colleagues apologized on his behalf but I was still upset as I was mistreated. The manager came to explain his behavior but when I raised my concerns he lost his temper yet again. I am truly disappointed with Debonnairs! </p>
