<p>I'm quite disappointed by the service I received from your branch in Jabulane mall. I ordered my pizza via your app which I usually do without issues. However yesterday was simply hell. I ordered my pizza at 17H39. They only started communicating with me at 19h00 to ask where I was based? Mind you this is not their first delivery. For a good hour we pulled back and forth to get them to deliver. Ultimately they told me that their driver couldn't deliver. At 08h00 I decided to get into the car to fetch my order instead(so much for free delivery). But that wasn't the worst thing. After waiting this long for my supper the pizza was too hard to chew. Felt like we were having left overs from last week. A card box would've made a better option for us. I feel like I seriously waisted my money on ******* if you're too busy why don't you just state that you will not be able to deliver as opposed to making me wait almost 3 hrs for *******?!?!?!?</p> <p> </p>
