Cannot use their own facilities
I ordered a pizza and paid online, got the sms and email confirmation. When my order arrived the driver awkwardly waited so I asked him what he was waiting for, only for him to tell me he's waiting for payment! I explained that I paid online, he told me I'm the first person to do that, I showed him my email receipt, he called his manager only for her to tell me that if I paid online it would have reflected on the receipt. Just cause you'll cannot use your own systems don't inconvenience me
