Canceling orders last minute.

I phoned yesterday to ask if we can order pizza for a sales meeting we are having today. The manager assured me that they will begin with the pizza at 9 so that we can collect the pizza at 10. This morning I've received a phone call that they are canceling the order and will not be able to assist as they only open at 10. This is really not good service we had to make a plan last minute for someone to assist us with food for the meeting. Never in my lifetime I've heard that someone shows away business. This is debonairs at Glen village, I'm really disappointed.
