CALLING A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER A ****!!!
On Sept. 21st I ordered 21 Real Deal pizzas and 21 cooldrinks for my team at the Strand Street Branch in CPT. when the delivery guy came we collected the food and whehn it was being distributed to the team I realized that we were one pizza short. Today I call to speak to the Branch manager by the the name Katherine. I explained to her the whole situation.After telling the whole story she tells me I am lying and and if I am looking for a FREE PIZZA I must just say so!!! Such an insult!! I am a customer service center manager for a Petrochem company I have been ordering food for my staff from this establishment for the past 2 years, my purchases have NEVER been less than R1500! For me to be told I AM LOOKING FOR A FREE PIZZA! Moreover, I call the the Debonairs Customer Care center to log a formal complaint.. I get told by Lerato (the agent) that they will send me a ref # I am still waiting! I do not want a FREE PIZZA I wanted the pizza that was missed to be replaced! I will pay for it but Debonairs Strand street can forget about my Loyalty and that of any other manager at Shell Customer Service Cape Town.<br> I know what Customer service looks like!! <br> Im expecting a follow up!
