call order that took 2hours to arrive and i paid

i called to order a pizza as i normally do and i took a good 2 hours to arrive, the driver got lost however it was not the first time i had ordered,, when it arrives the Red dot was black i took it and paid it reason being the kids were really hungry only to find out that its so messy when i opened it <br> <br> what makes me angry is i called back the manager to explain the manager firstly is taking the drivers story that he delivered it with a red Dot really does it make sense that a pizza takes 2 hours to arrive and still be hot and the manager imp**** that i **** about it being messy its like i made it messy <br> <br> i called with my airtime all along and the manager doesn't believe me even after i sent him pictures i paid for that pizza full price and he told me hell send another one but i must wait for a driver really it took hours for it to get to me and now i must wait again for another hours my kids will die of hunger. we ate that messy cold one and we still didn't get a refund or another pizza <br> i paid for stupid service i want my refund because i cant pay for something that took hours to get to me and a manager that says m making the story up, i have the record and pictures
