Call Just ignored

<p>Deboniars is known as a "we deliver" pizza resturant, but in this regards delivery will never be an option. this has long been a problem with this spesific resturant, we have always known that they will never pickup their phone when you call in, it has always been like that. today was no exeption, I called a few time with on pickup, eventually i drove to the shop, stood inside and made a call again to see if their phone works... but to my suprise it rings, and yet as i stand there phone in hand the call just get ignored. surely this is not acceptable, this is not the service this company is built on.. and that is the reason why i am making this complaint. Please do something about this, Your customers should not be in a position where this tipe of service is the norm and the accepted quality of service.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Konradt </p>
