By far the worst experience ever

I ordered a pizza from debonairs online, paid for it however I am yet to receive my order. I've tried calling them but it hasn't been 5 minutes and they drop the call after telling me that the lines are busy. I did not even have the option to have my order refunded. Now if this isn't called *****ing then I don't what is. As a long standing regular customer, this has by far been the worst experience I've ever had and I am really rethinking ever ordering from debonairs again!!!!!
