Business Order, BUT NO DELIVERY!!!
<br> I placed an online order yesterday (ref no: 162079) at this branch, as many times before and can truly say this is the first time I've been disappointed... I usually order food from this Debonairs branch over weekends, I manage a Boutique Hotel and suggested Debonairs and this branch to a hungry guests that was in the mood for pizza...<br> <br> Never the less the pizza didn't arrive! I placed my order at 19:45 and at 22:00 the branch phoned me and said the driver couldn't find the Hotel. They've delivered at the Hotel previous times, I could't understand this! This was very embarrassing and annoying as I had to send my guest to bed hungry as no other place was willing to deliver after 22:00. <br> <br> I'm really disappointed Debonairs, as I'm a loyal customer and order from you (a specially Elderaduspark branch) almost every weekend! The quality of your food is great but what use is that with pathetic service???<br> <br>
