Burnt tasteless pizza

I ordered my pizza at Dobsonville Debonairs Pizza This is not the first time this happened, I waited two hours for a burnt pizza with no taste. This is the second time this happened, I usually check because I don’t trust them but this time around my niece fetched the delivery. Am not happy with their service its bad very bad. Can this matter be attended to, I have a picture of the pizza and I believe the chefs would not indulge and help me swallow it
