BURNT PIZZA, MISLEADING VOUCHERS AND HORRIBLE TEAM LEADERS AT HEAD OFFICE LAZY FOOLS

I'm writing this knowing well enough nothing will done about this. I have liaise with the manager and I'm waiting for the area manager to get back to me and I've even logged a complaint with your head office and still till this day you have done nothing! You are eager to take my money when I order and I accept your skimpy dried out cardboard pizzas for the amount of money I spend. Then to top it off you give me a voucher that robs people!!!!! How can you give something for free and then the till slip only gives you 30 something rand off and calls it an online voucher?? The last 4 times your stores have delivered nothing but burnt pizzas with almost no cheese and when a person makes mention of this then nothing happens and then this whole voucher incident?? Pathetic. Gives a voucher for "loyalty" but can't even follow through on that. Your agents at head office and team leaders can't even call back!!!! It's been a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
