Burnt Pizza from woodmead branch

Woodmead branch prepared and gave us burnt pizza, Very bad quality of product. is this what we get when buying specials? We bought meaty triple decker but felt as if I am eating burnt crust(did not even finish one slice, threw it all in the bin waste of time and money) . I am never going back there. And I would suggest for people to refrain going there as the quality of products is horrible.
