Burnt pizza from Debonairs Eyethu mofolo shopping center

I was sold a burnt pizza from the Eyethu mofolo shopping center. I called in not so long ago to complain to them and I was told that it was because of the gas stove that they are using and they can't help me because I've eaten 3 slices of the pizza as I was hungry and had waited long for my order... I have pictures and the slip. I was advised to report it online and your site it down and emails are not going through. What an inconvenience you caused from my money🚮🚮
