Burnt Pizza

I do not even know what to say , I hope someone will get back to me . On Friday the 23rd of July around 17:32 I ordered telephonically from Debonairs pizza Dobsonville I received my order at 20:10 . Ordered a triple decker and all the layers were burnt I couldn't even eat the pizza , I tried calling the store but it was too late the following day I called and spoke to several people who said that their system is down n I'll be contacted once its back online . I have been waiting for a call until today ( 27th of July )
