Burnt pizza

I had a bad experience at 1 of your branches and report it to you. You are sitting with my report and doing absolutely nothing. Everyday same story that you have escalated to your team and I should expect a call. Please help me understand what level of customer service is that? Spending money for this nonsense service. Burnt and dry pizza.
