Burnt Pizza

I made an order at 28/12/2025 just around 13:00 at tsakane mall, I received my order but the pizza was all burnt and the roll part that has Vienna is raw, I fail to understand why the order processed through when the restaurant saw that it is burnt, it’s as if it’s a giveaway while I paid over R250 for it…. The worst part is the fact that I ordered during the day not at night while the staff is rushing to close the store😡😡😡😡😡😡 we are being charged so much for what exactly Order no#***
