Burnt pizza base …

I ordered from Debonairs Pizza in Springfield and was very disappointed to receive a pizza with a completely burnt base. It ruined the whole meal and was honestly not what I expected from a well-known brand.

This kind of quality is unacceptable, especially considering the price. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and ensures better quality control going forward. Customers deserve fresh, properly prepared food. Sadly it not the first time .
