Burnt Pizza and no ne reaching out.

I bought Pizza on the 19th July at the Banbury Crossing and it was burnt and i called them to explain and they reached out telling me that they will get back to me and nothing, i called them again on the 21st July and they told me that they get back to me and nothing, I even have photos of the burnt pizza
