Burnt Pizza and arrogant operations mananger (Phumlani).

I’m really disappointed with the service I got this morning at Debonairs Gugulethu Mall.

I bought a pizza for my child. I noticed when my child was eating that the pizza is burnt.

The store phoned the operations Manager named Phumlani, he was so arrogant and not helpful at all as he told me that I must contact the customer care because there’s nothing he can do.

I ended up leaving the pizza in store and they didn’t even bother to offer me a new one. 😡

I don’t see myself buying at Debonairs ever again.
