Burnt food.

Ordered pizza on the app. The pizza was delivered but it was burnt. I phoned the call centre they called the store. The guy asks me how many pizzas are left. The call cut due to signal problems they havnt returned my calls . I called again the call centre can only contact help desk this becomes a blaming game. Poor service and burnt food for myself and family money and time wasted. You have guests in your house and it's going over and hour waiting for a someone to call to give us food that isn't burnt but nothing ever ended up happening.
