Burnt crust pizza
I have recently bought a triple decker pizza from Protea Glen, this is the worst store and this wasn't the first time I have issues the last time no one even cared. The pizza crust is burnt and it looks like it has one layer instead of 3 It's appalling that they don't keep the same level of service in all the stores

Now I received a message with a case number that says the case will be closed the number, its really not fair that the query wasn't resolved and I had to pay for burnt pizza we received, i have pictures
