Burned sausages and plain bread

I spoke to someone from Umphakathi mall regarding the pizza and ****tails that I bought yesterday...it was an online order and I collected the pizza myself...that Debonairs is not in my zone that's why I collected...so I got a call in the morning,the lady apologized and I ask her if she saw photos of what I got and said I must send her via WhatsApp...WOW she tells me she is so sorry next time when I order I'll get a delivery discount,wat nonsense is that when I collected myself and is that mall in my zone...no,so wat she is saying is she is so sorry I got burned sausages and plain bread and sauce...u know wat I want my money back..and this is the last time...now I'm speaking alone on Watsapp she is not responding to my messages...I DNT knw y even bothered going to Debonairs again bcs this is the second time I get nonsense with my hard earned cash...Nxa
