Burned Pizza - very dry and not nice

Im am very disappointing with the pizza that we got from your Spings gate branch yesterday. Everything about it was wrong from the look to the way it tastes. The pizza was burned and very dry. Pitty i am unable to attach the pictures we took. Not even my dog could eat it. We are very disappointing with the service. I will never recommend anyone to buy from you..
