Burned Pizza from Debonairs Pizza Laudium

I bought a pizza today from Debonairs pizza Laudium, order number 67, large Cram Decker and small Td chicken pizza, the large pizza was burned so badly I call Debonairs to complain and explained the situation, the Manager was no where to be found until the cashier drop the call on my ears, I had to throw it in the dustbin, I felt disappointed, angry and frustrated because it was meant to be my kids supper and lunch for school. I want my money back or they need to replace that pizza.
