Bluff Hillside Debonairs Pizza worst pizza and service!

Debonairs Pizza (Official) for worst pizza and service ever. Bluff Hillside staff and owner are full of lies. Ordered a triple decker pizza, and this is what we received. Was requested to return the pizza, which we have, then was told that an internal investigation was gonna be conducted...... which makes nonsense as the pizza was handed to them. Its been now 1 week with no response..... no refund.... no replacement pizza. Is this business ethics???? where there owner doesn't call back? Debonairs customer care says they cant do anything cos there issue is not with the brand but the owner!!!! So why are we choosing to go to a brand like Debonairs if there's no service backing from the franchise to its customers. So the owners can do as they please
