Bland Pizza

On 15 january 2022 purchased a Large garlic bacon and Jalapeno pizza from Debonairs in Brackenfell via the Debonairs app. The Pizza tasted so bland I could not taste the garlic or bacon. I informed Debonairs that very same day via their facebook page. I noticed that I needed to send constant reminders to them to recieve feedback. On 19 Jan 22, someone from the Brackenfell branch called to apologize then asked me if I kept the pizza because that was the only way I would be able to recieve a fresh Pizza. Who on Earth keeps "unappetizing" food in their fridge for 5 days!!!! This is what I questioneed the lady about. None the less I told the person on the phone that I will take this matter further with someone from headoffice. I requested to be contacted via email as I missed a call (the phone barely rang) uo until today I am still waiting on feedback. I am so disappointed in the poor customer service, especially because I am a regular customer at Debonairs. Maybe it's time for change.
