Black dot...ur pizza is free???? What a big fat lie!!!

<p>I placed an order online on Friday, 7th Oct 2016 at around 18h27. <br />Our order arrived at almost 20h00 after 3-4 phonecalls to the store. <br />When my order finally arrived, not only was the dot black on the boxes, but when i opened up the pizzas, it was ice cold. <br />The one pizza was not what i ordered, the BBQ wings were ********** and the 1L Coke i paid for was not delivered. When i asked the delivery guy, he said he does not have a map and got lost....hence he was so late.<br />A story i didn't buy one bit. <br />I live not even 1km away from this Debonairs Carnival Mall...yet waited so long for an order. <br />When i phoned the store, i spoke to a lady by the name of Portia. I told her about my cold pizzas, wrong order delivered and the Coke that was never delivered. The delivery guy eventually dropped off the coke. <br />Portia advised me that the Store Manager would call me, i am still waiting for that call. What has happened to good service and integrity? Or at least getting what you paid for!!!</p>
