Bitter taste in our mouths

We placed an order for on the triple and included cheese grillers which were not delivered with our pizza. It's either this was done deliberately thinking that we will let it go once again just like we had ordered for collection and they didn't give us the cold drink that came with it.

When my husband called the store the lady said they'll make sure that these would be deliver within the hour - we've BEEN waiting for over an hour for this to be rectified. My kids had to eat what was given to them for supper and not what they expected. I don't know if it's month end pressure but this should not affect the service and treatment that is given to customers.

My husband had to call and follow up yet again that lady said that we can escalate this. All this for just a mere mistake that could have be resolved with an apology and correcting the mistake. If it's not pizza that cut back on toppings and fillings it's bad bad service.

This is funny because when I submit the complaint on their portal I get and error that it couldn't be submitted, makes me wonder if they know that complaining will not get me anywhere!
