Bikes over clients

I ordered a pizza during off peak period at 12:11 and I received my pizza at 13:12 no one bothered to contact me and explain and I called the store in Van reibeeck and the person said they can't see my order until I asked for the manager who then saw my order and told they were servicing the bikes.
